R. Geoffrey Broderick, Jr
As an attorney with several degrees, Mr.Broderick is admitted to practice in multiple states and has had a substantive career both as a part of and beyond the legal profession. Becoming a commissioned officer in the Army National Guard and graduating from Officer Candidate School with honors, Mr. Broderick has valuable leadership skills. Over the years, he has used his expertise to successfully lead several companies, organizations, and firms through all stages of their transitional development.
As a pioneer in the legal realm, Mr. Broderick has had extensive employment and entrepreneurial experience surrounding the legal aspects of many industries, including complex tort litigation, real estate, natural foods, cosmetics, consumer and commercial debt, consumer healthcare, consumer manufacturing, litigation, immigration, and the global pet food industry. Intertwined with his attorney skills, he has extensive experience with the legal requirements of all levels of marketing from manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution, to retail. Mr. Broderick has founded several companies and has been the CEO, the COO, the VP, the President, and on the Board of Directors for many organizations, including Natural World Interactions, which worked in conjunction with the National Wildlife Federation—the largest wildlife organization on the planet.
Alongside his legal experience and professional proficiencies, Mr. Broderick is also academically well-accomplished. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, and Business Law. He attained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Long Island University. He earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of La Verne, College of Law. Stephen Kopolow, “Of Counsel”
Mr. Kopolow has practiced law for fifteen years and has worked at both large and small firms. His experience spans a wide variety of areas, including complex civil litigation, residential real estate, contract matters, as well as civil and criminal defense. His primary emphasis over the years has been with respect to representing corporate entities in matters involving their receivables and other obligations, in which the client is owed payment. At The Resolution Law Group he is utilizing his extensive experience in the oversight of both Federal and State compliance issues pertaining to the Firm’s complex-mass tort litigation. Mr. Kopolow is a graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. He is admitted to practice law in Arizona and The District of Columbia.
Ian S. Berger, Esq.
Mr. Berger practices in the areas of complex-mass tort litigation, including but not limited to real property transactions, eminent domain, foreclosure defense, and predatory lending. He is licensed in state of Florida, as well as the Federal Middle District of FL. Mr. Berger has participated in numerous trials and has been involved in complex litigation since 2006.
Prior to joining the firm, aside from his extensive property law background, Mr. Berger represented insurance companies specializing in insurance fraud investigations. In addition, he went on to represent the insured in multiple property claims against insurance companies, Florida motorists, and their treating physicians in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims (and other numerous claims) against insurance companies.
Mr. Berger is a member of The Florida Bar. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of South Florida and received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in Miami, graduating Cum Laude from both institutions. While in law school, he participated in the Annual Chief Judge Conrad B Duberstein National Bankruptcy Memorial Moot Court Competition held at St. John’s University. Mr. Berger was also a member of the Moot court Honor Society and took on the role of Chief Brief Writer during several National Competitions.
Mr. Berger lives in South Tampa with his wife of 10 years and his three sons.
Anastatia Quirk Ellis, Esq.
Anastatia Quirk Ellis is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Mrs. Ellis served with distinction for eight years in the U.S. Navy Reserve, while in law school.Mrs. Ellis is currently pursuing her L.L.M. in Estate Planning and Elder Law at Western New England University School of Law.
While attending law school, Mrs. Ellis interned for the U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia. During that time, Mrs. Ellis litigated in State and Federal Court and petitioned for the naturalization of numerous new U.S. citizens.
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Ellis primarily practiced in the areas of real estate and public pension law. In addition, Mrs. Ellis represented numerous taxpayers against the IRS. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, Florida, and in the U.S. Tax Court.
