Our bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorneys represent commercial lenders, creditors’ committees, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustees, equity holders, indenture trustees, bondholders, reorganization plan proponents, asset acquirers, and companies doing business with distressed companies, both in and out of court, in a variety of industries. We are also experienced in representing trustees in liquidations under the Securities Investor Protection Act, assignees for the benefit of creditors and debtors in possession in Chapter 11 proceedings.
